Acer AS5732Z-4867 comes with Win 7 Home Premium, and the price, this is a fantastic laptop. Other than that minor issue, the product is light, very well made, and yes Windows 7 does seem more stable and much faster than my Vista system. Battery power has not let me down yet. Keyboard has bigger keys than my normal size laptop. Screen is slightly bigger than a normal laptop, which is just enough to get away from the feeling that I am watch a movie on my phone, like other. All in all I highly recommend new Acer Laptop Acer AS5732Z-4867!!!
