ASUS G73JH-A1 is great gaming laptop for the price. Gorgeous, smooth graphics in Star Trek Online, DDO, Champions Online and Team Fortress 2 with the sliders cranked just shy of the max. EAX sound is amazing: even sounds decent out of the built-in speakers. ASUS G73JH-A1 CPU performance and multitasking is sweet and responsive. I have multi-surfed Word, Visual Studio and Photoshop CS with no lag or issues. More ports than you can shake a stick at: plenty of USB, eSATA, FireWire (1394) and even HDMI. Bluetooth devices are easily paired. Amazing Windows 7 performance. ASUS G73JH-A1 is the most powerful laptop I have seen at this price point.

I am sorry but this is BS. First of all, you claim that there are firewire and eSATA ports, which is completely false. Then you comment on how it runs TF2 just shy of the max settings. This laptop easily plows through TF2 maxed out. This leads me to believe that you have not in fact seen, or even looked up this laptop. Way to go..
True, this review seems like complete bs. My brothers crap duo core with 2 gigs of ram runs Tf2 on max, the g73 a1 would own max settings like a breeze.
