Acer Aspire AS7741G-3647 has an ATI 4250 and a 1.9 gig pentium x2. Love the laptop and screen, but hate the performance. This one is a real steal! This i5 should smoke that phenom and if the windows experience numbers on that are accurate, this one will be running close to my AMD FX-62 and 8800GTX. Eccept for the 55" 1080p of course! Runs Total War Empires just fine except that extended playing leads to the laptop heating up. For everyday use Acer Aspire AS7741G-3647 laptop far exceeds the specs you need. Acer Aspire AS7551G-5056 is a really nice laptop. The screen is gorgeous though, its nicer then my monitor on my desktop and that thing is really sweet. The keyboard responds well and I especially like the number pad. It runs rather hot but most laptops do. The battery lasts about half an hour to 45 minutes while playing Call of Duty on high settings, which is better then I would have expected from a 6-cell laptop battery. Acer Aspire AS1551-4755 screen is perfect as well as keyboard. It has has enough "juice" to put most of netbooks to shame. Battery last long enough for my needs, 4+ hours with wi-fi on. And it plays HD movies on TV flawlessly. Fingerprints all over everything annoy more that it should. Slim and light, big enough for movies but small enough to fit in my purse, perfect on the go laptop. Runs very quiet, I can’t hear a thing. Price for $474.54 from Amazon.
