MacBook Pro 17-inch Laptop review

macbook-pro-17-inch-laptop-review.jpg

The MacBook Pro 17-inch Laptop base configuration (a not-super-cheap $2,799) is outfitted with a 2.66GHz CPU, 4GB of RAM, a 320GB hard drive, and the switchable NVIDIA GeForce 9400M / 9600M GT GPUs. MacBook Air hinge problems

macbook-air-hinge-problems.jpg

Wow, that looks bad! Apple should be able to take care of you if you go up the chain of command. They’re a very reasonable company as long as you talk to the right person. Our rocky history with the MacBook Air Rev. A has been well documented, and while Apple would very much like us to forget all about it and plop down another $1,800 for the much-improved Rev. B, not everybody has that sort of birthday money to throw around. Reports of cracked hinges on the laptop are nothing new, but we always assumed Apple would eventually ‘fess up to the problem and comp those repairs.
