ASUS Eee PC 1201N is looking nice. Its either this or the ul30vt. He had FRAPS running so we could see FPS. It can play ASSASSIN’s CREED and COD4 that’s fantastic. So far so good, we just need better vids on the gaming aspect to see if it’s what we are looking for. It could be quite deceiving comparing the 3dmark scores of these 2 netbooks but it appears that extra cpu core helps it out big time in real world gaming. Price for $499.

Asus Eee PC 1201N is gonna be expensive. The point of a netbook is their low power requirements, edurance and size. Even CULVs consume way more, and the power of an atom is adequate for basic tasks and light gaming. As for 10”, it would be difficult if you gonna support 720p and 1080p natively. the 1201A is non ion, and doesn’t support HDMI. It can take more than 2gb ram and a newer atom cpu. At least its A little bit faster. All around a fantastic computer — a solid purchase.

ASUS Eee PC 1201N is a great laptop, plenty of power and the screen is clear. Great value for the money. Good size RAM, Hard disk. In fact it looks pretty hot, and has good functionalities for home usage. Im not into videos and photos edition but it has a lot of features related to them. It worth the price. Compared to other makes and models it actually the best when considering the price you pay against it’s specs.
