MacBook Air is a legitimate product maybe coming to mainstream American shelves, it looks like a decent machine. It power by Intel Atom N280 processor, can to run OS X. Its thin, light, and sexy. Actually a chrome Apple logo on top of glossy white/glossy black plastic, like the iPhones, would be a cool look for their lower end white MacBook. I might buy it and cover up any Apple logos.

Wow, that looks bad! Apple should be able to take care of you if you go up the chain of command. They’re a very reasonable company as long as you talk to the right person.Our rocky history with the MacBook Air Rev. A has been well documented, and while Apple would very much like us to forget all about it and plop down another $1,800 for the much-improved Rev. B, not everybody has that sort of birthday money to throw around. Reports of cracked hinges on the laptop are nothing new, but we always assumed Apple would eventually ‘fess up to the problem and comp those repairs.
