Samsung R430 build quality is solid. Very comfortable keyboard, in addition to the size I find the layout and shape of the keys to be my favorite. Very bright-clear 14-Inch screen. The Samsung R430 has a very sturdy-quality-sexy look! The speed in boot up exceeded my expectations. This was $50-$100 cheaper than any comparable models that had all the features I wanted. And yes, I am writing this review on the Samsung R430 laptop with a fairly bright window behind me, and it works just great.

Samsung R430 is a great laptop! Price for $654 from Amazon. Samsung R430 specs with 2.2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T6600 Processor, 4GB of RAM, 320GB Hard Drive, 14" HD LED Display (16:9 aspect ratio), Intel GMA 4500MHD Graphics, run Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. Overall, it is my favorite laptop purchase.
